No 2 - 5 day delivery service🤬

Very dissatisfied with your delivery service.

I placed and pay for my order on 30 March. As I would have want my delivery before easter weekend. Yesterday 5 April I had to phone the Makro store in Nelspruit to only find out that the courier thought my town is close to Barberton. Dont they check the postal codes and towns? Pathetic is not the word for this useless delivery service.

MAKRO should change their delivery dates from 2 - 5 days to whenever they feel like it.

The person i spoke to yesterday informed me that he will let me know when they will deliver. And its a day later and I am still waiting for a reply.

MAKRO. Make a plan with your online orders and deliveries. As you are damaging your own name and service.
