NNOR RECEIVED PRODUCT ORDERED

Good morning, I have order this laptop battery from you on 16/04/2025 and since then Courier Guy went there 3 times to pick up the parcel with no success. Order number. OD*** and wable number MMLC-*** I think you are ****ming the the customers because you do not supply the products that you offer to the customers. I was supposed to recieved this parcel on Saturday 19/04/2025 and up till now received nothing. I have phoned your call center Saturday and also yesterday 2 times with promises to give me updates with no action till now. I I'm going to report this to Hellopeter later today because I think your service is up to nothing. You were greedy to take my money and promises me that you will deliver but with no luck on my side. I'm waiting for the battery because I can't use my laptop deu to my battery problem. Waiting to here from you asap. I Spoke to Qinisekile and even sent you emails.
