Nightmare to buy online from Makro

Ordering the Microsoft 365 online from Makro is an absolute nightmare. The key was sent to the incorrect email address. It was ordered and paid for over a month ago. On the 3rd of May Khang Shabalala said they would escalate it . On the 12th of May 2024 still nothing after countless messages to Fiona Hlungwani. Today I spoke to Lelo...hopefully she can help.!!!! Order number is MAK***. Correct email address is ***. Please can someone sort this issue out
