Order was meant to be delivered 16 Jan 2025, was delivered 22 Jan 2025 only after I followed up. Spoke with you agent Zandile - call ref ***, was promised a call back, never happened. Did online chat, agent Leandra Rademan abandoned the chat, see attached. Spoke with Buntu today call ref ***, held on more than 20 minutes to speak to his line manager, previous call ended in the call being abandoned. Eventually spoke with Ethan, not his manager or team leader, explained what happened, was put on hold, then call was abandoned. item received 22 Jan 2025 is incorrect
