Nightmare return process

Purchased a washing machine online. Changed my mind on the unit. Been trying to get hold of department manager at Germiston...receptionist advised that they can't find him for over a week. Escalated to head office. They referred me to regional manager. Called call centre. They advised that they don't have contact details for regional manager of the area. Provided email address ....email address does not work. Would have done a credit card reversal but time has passed to do that. Nightmare experience
