Nightmare

Makro delivery customer service is absolutely horrible and such a nightmare to deal with. I've logged a request for return and they have not collected the order yet because the courier goes to the incorrect address and then closes the request. I communicate with makro on WhatsApp to update then they log again with the courier the courier then does the same thing. Now I am stuck in a loop of not getting through to anyone.

If there was a zero rating on here that's what Marko would be. Fix it!!!
