New Makro Slogan : We will escalate and reattempt delivery.
Well it looks like this is a norm from what i have read here. You order they attempt to deliver with no notification. They call when they are at the gate and if you're not around you will suffer. You will follow up and be told the same thing by customer support that they will escalate and reattempt delivery. Delivery has been attempted 5 times and still haven't received anything. On top of that the agents are dismissive and you will talk alone like Vuyolwethu Nomga. i still haven't received my order

Now I'm following up to see if a refund was processed but someone sends an email saying they are waiting for feedback from IT about logging a return????? A Return??????tell me how does a refund and IT relate. Does the person responding not have access to the email thread to see what was the last communication about? THIS IS THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE MAKRO. YOU GUYS SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!!!!!!
