New level of pathetic
Still waiting for a black friday order. So I call the centre, lady tells me the lady that was following up was on leave that's why I didn't get it. But now she is back and she will call me later to sort out. LOL
If you wish to experience poor (non-existent) service at it's peak look no further than Makro online. An absolute shambles.
