NEW FRidge

I have bought a KIC fridge from Makro. I wanted a Hisence but the salesman convinced me to take the KIC as it has fewer problems and better warranty. 1 Month into Buying the fridge i start hearing strange noises. I was told that this is normal noise from due to the fan. It sounds like a whale trying to communicate. I then reported it to Makro and they were to log a call with KIC, Nobody came. I then logged it again and went into Makro where i left my No. and details and was told that it would be done. Call was logged and KIC got back to me late and i was then contacted by service to come and look at the fridge. They could only come during the day and before Lunch time. My Wife and Myself both work full time and they cant do services on Saturday, which nobody has come back to me with from Makro or KIC i might Add. I am still sitting with a noisey New fridge and nobody has contacted me. So hope this gets through to someone because i currently i have both Managing Directors no.s and will be calling soon.
