New Dishwasher Top Cracked - Will Never buy from Makro again!

On the 14th of April 2021 I bought a Dishwasher on Makro's website. When they delivered the dishwasher, and we proceeded to open it, the top of the dishwasher was completely cracked!

We have been struggling since the 19th of April to get Makro to come and fetch the dishwasher and replace it for us. First it was a back and forth around not having stock, but after a while they agreed to come and fetch the appliance and refund us.

We have had a call with numerous people at the call center and the Woodmead Makro Branch to resolve this issue, but nothing is happening! A promise was made to collect the dishwasher on the 1st of May, (Support ticket no: #***), but no one phoned us or collected the dishwasher. We also spoke to the Woodmead Makro Branch for resolution, of which was promised that the dishwasher was going to be picked up today (03 May 2021), of which did not happen.

I am deeply disappointed that the service of Makro has been so awful. I used to only buy stuff from Makro, but I doubt that I will ever again if this is the type of after-service we get as clients from Makro.
