Worst Service Ever! From Makro Montugue gardens and Samsung South Africa. Bought a washing machine and within warranty ( about 6months) old match started to damage clothes. Samsung replaced the drum and confirmed defect of mascine and not taking responsibility to damaged caused to goods/ clothes. Robin, Ishmail and Samsung rep Fetzal did nothing to assits witj damage caused!!
