Never using Makro again for online shopping!!!

I am totally disappointed with the service received from Makro regarding my order MAK***. I need the baby monitor I ordered (baby womb world 3.3 with a power bank) urgently but this is 3 weeks later and they delivered the wrong product. After many phone calls and complaints they collected the product and still no refund received. Makro keeps blaming marketplace but in actual fact why do you make use of a supplier who cant even deliver the correct products or communicate when they dont have stock of the product you ordered? I have waited patiently for feedback and my refund but the refund is still not done.
