NEVER USE MAKRO ONLINE - they cancel items after payment

I ordered items from Makro Online on the 1st of November 2023- all products in my order was in stock according to the website. I made full payment, but on delivery, some of the products were missing. On viewing my online order - I noticed some of the products was cancelled. There was no prior communications (as I was waiting on these products) and also NO REFUND or CREDIT.

I reached out to them, and they only say " we have escalated the query"

To date, no communication, no resolve, no products, no credit, no refund.
