NEVER USE MAKRO ONLINE SERVICE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR GOODS IN TIME OF EVEN IF EVER.

I have placed an online order two weeks ago, according to the Online Portal the goods was given to Value Express on the 25th April 2023, which Value Express did not receive or collected. There is no way of being helped by the Call Centre they keep you on hold for 20+ minutes only to tell you they escalated the matter to the store. I even went to Wonderboom Branch and there nobody knows what is going on around there and they refuse to let you speak to a manager, up till today I cant seem to be finding my order or my money back, and this is just not on. The money could have stayed in my bank account and now Makro is earning without me having my goods. I should have first looked at the Hellopeter reviews before using them, but you would think this is a large American Owned retailer that would be on the ball. MAKRO you suck.
