NEVER USE MAKRO ONLINE!!!!

I ordered the iPhone 16 Pro online on 25 Sept. Initial delivery date was 21 October. It has been delayed and when the customer care consultants are asked for a new estimated delivery date, I am just told that they don’t know. Very unsettling when you spend R25 000 with a company and they don’t even care about keeping you assured that your order is still being processed and how long it may take.

In the meantime I am battling with a defective phone awaiting this delivery.

Very poor service! I will never use Makro online again!
