Never use Makro Online

Never buy from Makro Online! Not only do they deliver your order two months late, they also don't refund you for items short delivered. I finally got my order months late with items being short delievered. I am yet to receive the refund and have as usual, as with all my previous communications with Makro been told that someone will get back to me and recently on two occasions that my refund will be processed. It has been 6 weeks since I received my order, I queried the short deliveruy immediately, but nothing. Makro's once amazing online service has turned into a nightmare since November. And from all the reviews shown on Hello Peter, I am most definitely not the only one with issues. I want my refund!
