Never use Makro online

I have had the worst experience with Makro online. Order MAK***. This order was supposed to be delivered on 02 Dec 2024. I have complained numerous times to there customer care line. Eventually the one item was delivered but the wine cooler was not delivered. I kept on complaining. Then next I got an email that all was successfully delivered. I still have not received this item. I have continued to complain. All I get is that it will be escalated but I get no response back. There was also an sms that was sent to me that delivery was completed. I responded to this that I have not received the wine cooler. I am also still waiting for a response to this. This service is atrocious and I would advise people never to use Makro online. I now will have to see what to do and get legal advise.
