NEVER USE MAKRO ONLINE

On the 28 November 2024, I purchased a pool leaf skimmer from Makro online. The cost was R795.00, not peanuta. Their order number , MAK***, dated 29/11. It took them 7 days to deliver the item. When it arrived by courier, I noticed that the original packing had been open and resealed. Obviously a return from another unsatisfied cutomer. I refuse to accept shop-soilded or 2nd hand goods when I ordered a item. I registered a return on the online application. The return ref. #***0, dated 4/12. To date no word to advise collection of this item. I have twice been in telephone conversations with their uselesss conultants who both promised immediate action. I have also sent emails to the consultant I spoke to when initiating the retund. Her name is Phindile Siwale, from Makro Care Centre, No reply, only an automated ëxcuse mail.
