NEVER USE MAKRO

Good day I have placed a delivery on the 30th of Aug

I received a sms that my order will be delivered on the 3rd Of August, It's the 6th of Sept and still no order

I have phoned 4 times head office they don't assist, and then when I phone strubensvalley makro they simply don't answer the phone.Eventually when I get hold of them again, the ladies tells me I need ro be patient and wait until they sort out a investigation regarding the courier company, the lack of their client service is ridiculous, how is it my problem if their courier company has problems, they can't give me answers regarding my order or when it will be delivered, no emails responded, their WhatsApp chat is a joke

What type of service is this I will never order from makro again and I will make sure everyone around me knows the poor service you give to clients
