NEVER US MAKRO ON LINE SHOPPING!!!!

DO NOT USE MAKRO ON LINE SERVICES IT IS TERRIBLE!!!! I bought a FERRA gas stove on 28th February 2023 and when we unpacked it, it was damaged. They came to fetch the damaged stove on the 15th of March 2020, with the idea that it would be replaced. Every time I phone they tell me that they are escalating the queries and every time there is no response. I then got hold of Ferra and they said they have to put a claim in THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM. replace my stove and then you can claim what you want from Makro. It is now the 3rd of April and when I phoned again they told me they are escalating the problem. This is such a joke. I cannot believe the bad service. Makro used to be the best place to buy!
