Never unsubscribe my email even after asking 10 times and even phoning in 3 times to as.

I have asked Makro to unsubscribe me multiple times from their e-mailing list and they still fail to get it right.

Total disregard of my rights and a contravention of the spam laws

Please note Makro that a failure to comply with this request constitutes a ******** offense in terms of section 45 of the ECTA and that the continued receipt of unsolicited communications may lead to prosecution. Failure to respond to this request may also constitute a ******** offense.

An option to cancel my subscription to your mailing list, as required by section 45(1) of the ECTA and/or section 69(4) of the POPIA was provided but no matter how many times I unsubscribe and physically phone in you refuse to unsubscribe me. This means that you may already have committed an offense in terms of the respective Acts and may be subject to prosecution.

Please do something about this Makro as I'm receiving so much spam from you.
