Never sticks to their word!
<p>I went on the Makro website 2 days ago and saw a patio furniture set. It was advertised on promotion (was R3499 now R2499). So this morning I went to the Makro Germiston branch and i see this same patio set. The sign reads "was R3999 now R3499". So we call the manager to see what's happening and he was the rudest, most unreasonable man I have ever encountered! He says to us he will not be helping us as that promotion ended last year. I asked him why it is still advertised on the website then and he says it's not his problem and refuses to help us. </p> <p>Are these the people Makro wants working for them? </p> <p>Absolutely disgusted! Terrible service! </p> <p>Makro does not stick to its word! Absolute *****!</p>

I believe our General Merchandise Manager ( Rob van Straaten) has been in contact with you and you were informed that the image and pricing that you supp**** is an old image / pricing and that the new image on our current Big on Spring catalogue indicates a price of R3499,00 including a free mat.
