Never shop at Makro

I recently started using Makro Online as it's more convenient for business purposes. One constantly has to follow up when your goods will be delivered. Even though the website informs you that your order is complete, they over promise and under deliver. With my previous order, the goods was damaged & it took Makro 3 weeks to refund me with a new desk & whiteboard. It would have been longer if I didn't phone them every two minutes. Bad service, staff who passes the buck & just empty promises.

Our business invested allot of money in Makro just to come to the conclusion that we receive bad service. We will never invest in Makro again.
