Never recieved my refund after I rejected the goods.

I have purchased online goods with Makro, one was returned due to mistake double order. It is more than 3 weeks now of waiting for a refund an every time I call, they just say it is escalated for refund. No further communication with me until I call them to hear the same thing they said previously.Please refund my money back. ***
