Never received my order + terrible after sales service

I ordered a bench through an online purchase. It was supposed to be delivered on 5 October 2024. I followed up telephonically, after which I never received feedback. Then, on 14 October 2024, I received an email saying it had been delivered; however, it hasn't. Someone from Makro made contact with me, informing me it had been delivered to a completely different province. After that conversation, I never heard back from him again. I continued to follow up again telephonically, via WhatsApp, and email, and nobody got back to me. Due to this terrible service, I will not recommend Makro online!!!
