Never received my items on promotion as advertised.

I have shopped at Makro Nelspruit twice and never received my specials. Yesterday we went and bought all the specials on their promotion pamphlet and yet when I got home, I only received a few items on special. They have charged for individually for all their items on promotion. I spent a fortune. Why show discounts on items and not receive them at the till. This is very frustrating and very annoying.
