Never purchase online

Online purchasing system is shameful and pathetic. I have tried on a few occasions to purchase online, sometimes successful, sometimes not. NEVER AGAIN! Purchased a book for my daughter's studies (shows available on the website) money deducted from my account. Few hours later, Makro order cancelled. Your refund will be processed within 7-14 days. So I must wait two weeks to be refunded almost R800 for stock you said you had and now you don't and find another R800 to make another purchase through another provider.
