NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM MAKRO ONLINE!!!!!!!!!!

On the 1st of December 2017 I wrote a complain regarding my online purchase I have made that I haven't received an SMS to come collect and it takes 2-5 days for me to go collect at the store I have selected. It is now over 10 days and I haven't heard back from Makro, I received an automated response on the 2nd of December from Zanele stating I will be contacted soon. It is now the 6th Of December and still haven't been contacted or at least be told where are the things I purchased. First you are too quick to take clients money and when it comes to your end you don't deliver you just keep quiet and I'm supposed to figure out what is going on. EITHER PAY BACK MY MONEY OR I HAVE TO COLLECT BY THE STORE TODAY!!!!!
