NEVER ORDER WITH MAKRO

Makro is probably the worst shop I've ever shopped at!! After ordering 2 bicycles for Christmas in November, the online order still shows, to this dat, 'OUT OF STOCK' and 'IN PROGRESS', this after 4 weeks of promises that we will receive it. Eventually, I had to go to the store and make a big scene to get the two bicycles, ready for delivery, that is apparently OUT OF STOCK AND NOT ON THEIR PROPERTY. Today, once again, I ordered a gift and it now shows that it is OUT OF STOCK! After taking my money, and then telling me 'NO STOCK'. The apparent turnaround time is 7 - 14 working days, where it specifically said 2 - 5 working days. A refund won't be given until 7 - 14 working days either. I will not support Makro ever again. They are useless.
