Never Order Online In Makro
Do not buy from Makro Online. I bought a ladder last week Thursday (27th March 2025) I selected my address and everything seems to be fine. Only after the order has been placed, I realized that the system has changed my address to Pretoria, I don't even know the address and I have never lived in this address. On Friday I called the customer service, I explained to the lady and she said she has changed to my correct address. On Monday I received a call from Courier that they are in Pretoria for my delivery. How? This is my last time I order on Makro Online.... My Order is still saying Out For Delivery: Order Number: OD*** Tracking ID: MMLF-***
