Never order online from them - silverlakes is a huge problem

I would never suggest makro, Especailly the Silverlakes branch. They will ignore customers and their own colleuges, with queries or delayed orders.

Been waiting since the 18th for my delivery, but after struggling on the phone for hours with various Makro employees. I have decided to cancel the purchase and buy somewhere else. Since if I leave it, I may never get my item.

Funny part is, I will even get the same product from takealot on the 27th.

Now give my money back as fast as you took it!
