Never order online from Makro.

Never order something from Makro on-line. I returned my item on the 3 February 2024, today is the 5 March 2024 and still no refund. I literally call every second day for feedback and i hear the same old story every time. "we will follow up and get back to u" But they never do, they clearly just don't care. Not one single call from them nothing. For a huge establishment this type of service is absolutely appalling, it's shocking really!!
