NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM MAKRO

Never again will I order online from Makro. I have been sent from pillar to post. Telling me delivery will be 29/11/2023. Then I was infored that collection failed, and delivery will be done on 30/11/2023. Today , 01/12/2023 I am told that their delivery company has the parcel, the delivery company says they do not have it. Makro, get you act together, this is the worst service I have ever received from any service provider in my life. This needs to be sorted out asap, I want my order!!
