Never Order Online

I have bought a bike online, and was waiting for it to my sister for my niece birthday. The bike was out on delivery, sister received the notification, then the system said that the delivery has failed. I called they said they will look into it, This morning I see that it was delivered, I called my sister she said that since that sms she has never been contacted. She called the number on the notification the driver says he couldn't find the address and the number given to him was not going through (But they could actually send an sms on that number), and the bike was returned to Riversand Makro. Order status says received by customer, so I could actually be ****med here if I didn't check. The last customer service I spoke to was rude. Plus such a big company using unknown delivery companies:
