NEVER ORDER FROM MAKRO ONLINE!!

I ordered a Trojan bike that came to me faulty and I sent it back almost a month ago and still no refund. You sit on the phone and wait for half an hour at a time while they transfer your call only for it to use up all your airtime and for the call to cut. Emails aren't rep**** to and now I sit here with no bike and at a loss of R2000
