Never make an online order with Makro. Never!

24 Nov 2023 I placed an online order and on 03 Dec 2023 on a Sunday morning around 08:46, O received an email informing me that my order was successful delivered. I never received the the delivery. Been trying ever since to get Makro to help with my delivery. It has been a month and Makro doesn't give me straight answers as to what happened. I have not been refunded and I am frustrated. Had I read reviews about Makro online before making the online purchase, I wouldn't have done it. The reviews all over social media are scary. Like they intentionally allow people to order online and just bank the money and never care what happens. Absolutely shocking.
