NEVER ****ING AGAIN

I Bought a Snug 20 000MAH LCD powerbank with 3 USB ports to charge 3 devices at once for R999 when the price shown at the device was R399 , from makro wonderboom in pretoria on 07/11/2019. So yesterday day I used it for the 3rd time and was charging 1 phone, when smoke came out of the USB ports. This morning I got the slip to bring it back and then saw that we where charged R999 for it. So now I'm ****ed because we were over charged and the device is burnt out. now I'm here at makro to exchange the burnt unit and are told that they can't exchange it for me the will send it to the suppliers for assessment to see what's wrong.

THIS IS ****ING BULL****, FIRST WE WHERE OVER CHARGED AND NOW I DONT HAVE DEVICE THAT I PAID FOR AND WONT HAVE ONE FOR A WHILE.

I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN IF THIS IS HOW THE HELP WITH THE **** UPS.
