Never go through Makro Online

I ordered 3 items - Order Numbers MAK ********** and MAK ********** - on Monday, 29 October 2018. It said delivery within 2 to 5 days. I haven't received anything yet and I live about 2km from Makro. I can't get through to Makro Online's contact centre even after 11 minutes of waiting only for the call to be disconnected. When am I getting what I ordered and paid for? I'll never go through Makro Online again!
