NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM MAKRO ONLINE.
Never ever consider ordering anything on makro website. i made an order on the 26/07/2019 and it was said thet will deliver the 2nd August. today its the 3 weeks later 14/08/2019 and i still dont have my order. i have customer service, makro centurion and makro woodmead numerous times. they first told me they dont have stock for what i ordered ok why do you let me pay for it or even put it online. why do i even have to call you for you to tell me theres no stock. i spoke to Makro centurion online manager Annah Marie and she told me there is stock in woodmead she will circulate there, but makro woodmead is as useless, their online manager Phumzile is the worst. since last week she has been sending my order to the couriers. she doesn't even call me to tell me feedback i'm the one who has to make contact with them.
