Never ever order anything from Makro, online Worst experience ever

Ordered MAK***, was on promo, the stock was available when I placed the order, It was still available after a week of me placing the order. after about 10 days , the order progress still hasn't changed, then the item was out of stock. called them to cancel, because I could understand why I needed to wait 14 days to collect an item that was available at the store. You guys do not take online shoppers seriously. After back and forths I then received confirmation that my order was cancelled, and my refund was being processed, they told me that I need to wait onother 14 days for my refund. (CRZY). it's been 21 days, I still havent received my refund, I called them yesterday I was told by Zanele that they really dont know what is happening (Madness), I ask to speak to Busisiwe Radebe Team leader, but it was like she was dodging me because after requesting to speak to a team leader ,Agents were hanging up on me to a point were I wouldn't get to anyone. Which has pushed me to write this review to warn anyone thinking about ordering from Makro online. Worst experience ever. I want my refund, you *******.
