Never ever ever buy online from them
I purchased a laptop online on the 26 November 2022. I was supposed to have it delivered on the 1st Dec 2022 after numerous emails and getting mails back that they system is to busy I would never advise people to purchase items online. I still haven't heard from them. Just a dumb email stating that the package is now in Johannesburg a delivery will take place only on the 7 December I don't even live in Johannesburg. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ONLINE EVER AGAIN. I should have just purchased a laptop via Takealot.

Your action did not justify your reply as I am still without my item I purchased and still don't know where it is and what the hold up was😡 very disappointed in your services😡😡. I need a number of your courier so I can call them myself and ask them to get in contact with me so I would know exactly why and what the hold. Up is. If you don't know how to do business or client services. I would be happy to help.
