NEVER EVER buy online from MAKRO! You will be sorry!

NEVER EVER buy online from MAKRO! They easily take your money, but to get a refund is a nightmare! I have been waiting for 5 months. Every now and again someone sends a mail or call, just so that you wait another 6 weeks for nothing to happen. All you get is a promise, even the "reference number" that they give you when you call means nothing. They are never able to trace that reference number again when you mention it during your next enquiry. Still waiting, since November 2023. Horrible service! Just pathetic!
