Never EVER buy appliances online

Never ever order appliance from Makro Online. I bought a small fridge from them that was delivered a day later that they arrange with me, When it arrived and we opened the box the unit was badly dented at the back corner. I took photos and immediately logged a call. Received at sms that they would pick up the unit on the Wednesday, nothing happened and I have been trying for ever since to get this sorted asap. The fridge is for a guesthouse and we have guests coming in on Monday. Also cant get a replacement or refund until they investigate the matter. Why is this my problem!!! Replace or give me a refund so that I can go get a fridge from another shop.
