Never by B&O or any hifi from Makro

I am absolutely stunned by my experience with Makro. Never buy a Bang and Olufsen product or any hifi product from Makro. I bought a B&O beosound explore as a birthday gift and the speaker was ineffective. I called B&O support they told me the serial number is the exact same as a speaker that has already been returned by a previous customer for being ineffective and Makro still chose to resell it as new again to me.
