Never buying from Makro again

Never buying from Makro again.Ordered a Robotic vacuum on the 27 July,which was delivered on 30 July,only to open it and find out that they send me a second hand vacuum cleaner full of dust and hair!They collected it from me on the 12 August after various phone calls and promises.Since then we have made 14 calls and still didn't receive our R3000 back!Even their headoffice confirmed that they have various customers with the same problem for months.Presumably an IT problem!Well Makro your service are pathetic!
