Never buy online from Makro
I made an online purchase on the 28th of August 2021, today is the 6th of September and I am still waiting for my order to be delivered.....it is a small order of 6 bottles of Sodastream syrup and I dont even stay far from Makro so I dont understand why it is taking this long....I have not recieved anything from Makro except that my order has been packed..... This is the last time that I am buying online from Makro I will rather go to Pick and Pay or Checkers .
I will definitely tell my friends and Family to think twice before buying from Makro online.
What a shame Makro.

Thank you for your quick response I really appreciate it. I have tried calling the contact center and even went online to submit a complaint but without success. It is unfortunate that I had to make use of hellopeter to get my issue resolved.......by resolving my issue so quickly I feel that you do care about your customers..Thank you Makro Hellopeter Team, please keep up the good work
