Never buy hardware from Makro!!!

I returned a Eurolux Led Spotlight on 18 July 2022 and according to Makro Silver Lakes the items is still being assessed, more than a month later. This is ridiculously bad service. How long does it take to assess that a spotlight is not working. I will never buy any hardware/lighting/etc from Makro again. All the customer service agent has to say is that she will escalate the issue. Pathetic!
