NEVER BUY FROM MAKRO ONLINE!! ********** behaviour

!!Please beware of purchasing from Makro online!!

I placed an order on 2 November for delivery. After 45 days of trying to have the item delievered without success, then trying to cancel the order and reversing the transaction, numerous calls and lies by Makro staff that they would contact me and resolve it to no avail, I was finally was able to get my funds back by asking my bank to reverse the transaction. Makro has the most pathetic customer service that I have experienced. I'll never support them after this experience.
