Never Buy From Makro Online

I have a huge problem:

1. I bought an Industrial gas stove on makro online. According to the picture, the Stove was a standing stove, and they indicated on the product description that the stove is great for a restaurant, and that it comes with a gas regulator and a pipe. Upon delivery, the stove had no regulator and no pipe. And I bought two of them. The stove could fit into my arms, it was an extra small stove with no standing feet.

2. I bought two chafing dishes which looked not even close to the picture I saw on Makro online when I made a purchase, The fuel cups were big, the lid had no supporting tools as per picture online.

3. I bought these on the 25th Feb 2025, Received on the first week of March and I logged a return case same time on the 4th March 2025. When I logged a return case same, I indicated that the courier people can come and collect on the 7th, since that was the provided availability on their online calendar. A week passed, no communication and no collaboration.

I decided to go to my nearest Makro - Woodmmead to do a return, they told my my order number is not on their system because they got the items from a third party, so that is not their business to resolve. They called the third party guys, logged a case and told me that within 48Hours I will receive a collection date.

Still, 3 day to 5 days went past without any collection date or communication.

I took another chance and called their return department and they escalated the case, gave me two reference numbers and still told me to wait 48Hrs again, guess what? Nothing happened.

Today marks the 15th of March since I logged a return case same, No communication, No Collection, just me sitting with items of False Advertising.
