NEVER buy from Makro Online!!! Customer service and refunds don't exist in their vocab!

NEVER buy from Makro Online!!! I have been phoning the call center and even the supplier of the item for the last 2 months. The supplier informed me today that they approved the refund to me with Makro more than 2 weeks ago and nothing has happened. My calls to Makro last 20 minutes and you are put on hold forever. They do not follow up. What an utterly useless retailer. I will never buy from them again.
